Hotel description : Located in the heart of Costa Smeralda just a few steps from the most beautiful beaches and the most exclusive boutiques of Porto Cervo, Il Giardino degli Oleandri represents a corner of well-being and tranquility. Sorrounded by Mediterranean vegetation overlooking the Liscia Rene Gulf. The structure develops on the hillside, where the intense green of the gardens is interrupted only by the brilliant colors of the oleanders which give it the name and characteristics.

There are two types of apartments: first floor with balcony and garden view; ground floor with veranda and garden.
The price includes electricity, water, final cleaning (kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of EUR 50.00) , 1 set of bed and bath linens, WIFI, air conditioning, self-service laundry room, unattended parking and access to swimming pool (open from 01/05/23). Also, 1 complimentary maid service, with bed linens and bath towels change, only for 7-day stays or multiples (kitchenette excluded; if required 30.00 EUR surcharge).
Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 - Check-out from 9:00 to 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property (tel. +393426474659). Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of EUR 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests phone number is required for late check-in. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins.
