1-bedroom apartment (max 2ad+1ch), approx. size 60-72 sq.m. - a bedroom with double bed or twin beds and extendible armchair in the living room.
2-bedroom apartment (max 4ad+2ch), approx. size 85-100 sq.m. - two bedrooms with double bed in most (or twin beds in the rest of them) and living room with extendible sofa.
