Hotel description : Desenzano Lake Village is set on the shores of Lake Garda, at 2 km from Desenzano del Garda city centre. It boasts panoramic views of the surrounding protected nature area.
The residence is immersed in a 50.000 m2 park, which hosts a variety of sports and leisure activities. It includes a restaurant and a bar on the lake beach, and a boat storage area.
Guests can enjoy the propertys private beach, a seasonal outdoor pool, tennis and volleyball courts, and a garden with a playground. WiFi is free at reception.
Desenzano Lake Village offers well-equipped apartments studios and apartments. They all have a balcony or a patio.
ACCESS TO THE VILLAGE: The customer must present himself on the day of arrival with the voucher at the reception with the name of the tour operator holding the contract, the type of accommodation booked and the number of family members arriving. After check-in, the customer will be given a deposit of EUR100 as a guarantee of the proper use of the room assigned accommodation.
RULES AND REGULATIONS: The village is organized with rules and regulations that must be respected by every customer. A copy of the regulations will be given at check-in, therefore access to the village presupposes his knowledge and full acceptance, as described when registering the check-in paper. The Village reserves the right to change the above policy at any time at its absolute discretion. Any non-compliance with the regulation will alienate the guest from the village, who will therefore not be able to claim any refund.
ANIMALS: the access of animals of all breeds and species, but of small size (maximum 20 kg), must be subject to the preventive authorization of the village management, which is at the T.O. at the time of reservation and is subject to the villages official daily rate. It is to be considered as an additional service anyway, to be paid on the spot: EUR 15 per pet.
The private lakeside beach has an area where dogs are allowed (they are not however allowed in the water).
